Here is my new look >
I lost 900 grams at weigh in to bring me back down under the dreaded 90 kilo mark so its been a good week! This weekend I am going to a party and there are going to be people there that I haven't seen in about three years so I should have some interesting tales to tell!
I have been hitting the gym hard, I have been focused and feel strong and healthy and WANT to stay fit so things are great!
